Digital Portal Requirements
Manuscripts for AIES 2026 will ONLY be accepted in electronic format through the CMT online submission system. Do not send hardcopies of your paper records. If you are unable to submit your contribution electronically, please contact the central desk directly at aiesconference2026@gmail.com.
* Note: A verified Microsoft CMT account is completely mandatory for submission operations.

Peer Review Process
The manuscript will be reviewed by two independent experts to determine suitability for publication. If the manuscript is inappropriate, it may be systematically rejected without full peer review indexing tiers. Two referees thoroughly assess the manuscript and provide an evaluation report directly to the editor.
The editor then decides whether to accept or reject the manuscript, based entirely on the referee’s reports and the corresponding author’s response logs. Reviewers are completely anonymous, and their operational confidentiality is maintained throughout the process.

Plagiarism of the submitted manuscripts should not be greater than 10% of total similarity profiles. Manuscripts containing larger similarity metrics shall not be considered for publication under any parameters. All manuscripts are cross-checked via Turnitin Software systems.
Indexation Note: Accepted papers shall be submitted for processing and indexing inside Scopus databases. The sole and final decision regarding integration and inclusion rests strictly with our respective proceeding partners.
